About the Role

We at Vencorp Global Exim Private Limited looking for an experienced International Business Development Manager to drive export sales and develop new international markets for our Agricultural Commodities and Textile products.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B international sales, connection with Indenting Agent, lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and order conversion, with strong exposure to Russia, Africa, and MENA markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a connection with Indenting agent, new international markets and generate B2B leads.
- Identify and connect with importers, distributors, wholesalers, traders, and institutional buyers.
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to order conversion.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.




- Conduct market research and identify current products and business opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, logistics, and shipment execution.
- Maintain and regularly update the international sales pipeline.

Candidate Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in International Business Development / Export Sales / International Sales.
- Proven track record in international B2B lead generation and conversion.
- Strong buyer network or market knowledge in Russia, Africa, and/or MENA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
