About the Role:

Were hiring a Team Lead for our 1Network team As part of our B2B onboarding function, youll lead a team of 3-4 Operations Associates responsible for onboarding professionals such as doctors, architects, interior designers, teachers, and administrators. In this role, youll own end-to-end delivery of B2B projects ensuring your team onboards the right professionals in line with client requirements and within timelines while also driving team performance, process quality, and client-facing accountability.
Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring,



and managing day-to-day performance of a team of 3-4 Operations Associates, including task allocation, coaching on outreach/screening technique, and performance reviews
- Owning end-to-end delivery accountability for multiple concurrent B2B projects ensuring the teams onboarding activity translates into on-time, on-scope project execution
- Planning team bandwidth and prioritization across projects based on client deadlines, project complexity, and respondent volume requirements
- Training and onboarding recent team members on outreach methodology, screening criteria, and client engagement standards
- Understanding project scope directly with internal stakeholders and clients, then translating this into clear briefs and screening criteria for the team to execute against
- Acting as the primary escalation point for respondent, dealer/distributor, or client issues that the team cannot resolve independently
