Job Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their travel preferences, needs, and budget constraints.



Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online meetings to provide personalized travel recommendations and address any inquiries or concerns. Maintain regular contact with clients to keep them informed of travel deals, promotions, and updates.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Utilize exceptional sales skills to promote and sell a wide range of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and travel insurance. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services. Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for clients while maximizing profitability for the agency.
