Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of OTC and AATP processes within SAP S/4HANA.
- Analyze business requirements, translate them into system solutions, and ensure alignment with SanDisk s global supply chain strategy.
- Configure and optimize ATP, Backorder Processing (BOP), Product Allocation (PAL), and Supply Assignment functionalities.
- Support order management processes including pricing, credit management, delivery scheduling, billing, and returns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Sales) to ensure seamless integration across modules.
- Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot defects, and drive issue resolution.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials for business users.
- Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.
- Work with technical teams to design enhancements, customizations, and interface solutions.
- Ensure compliance with SanDisk s internal controls, data governance, and quality standards.





Required Skills Experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in SAP OTC and AATP functional consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with S/4HANA AATP including:
- Product Allocation (PAL)
- Backorder Processing (BOP)
- Supply Assignment
- Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC)
- Deep understanding of Order Management , Delivery Scheduling , Billing , Pricing , and Credit Management .
- Experience working in high-volume, global supply chain environments .
- Ability to design and configure complex ATP rules and allocation strategies.
- Robust integration knowledge with MM, PP, SD, and IBP .
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business leaders and technical teams.
- Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing domain is a plus.
