Job Purpose Statement:

- To ensure a pipeline of projects and clients to feed the operations team with steady stream of recruitment assignments
- To assist the Director in delivering revenue and client satisfaction targets as set by the management of the company

Requirements
- Professional Qualification: MBA from a premier institute
- 4+ years of experience in corporate business development
- Should have excellent communication (proposal making, email correspondence), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills
- Should be willing to travel extensively (mostly locally)
- Self directed work style with minimum direction
- Ability to work under pressure
