- Oversee Revenue Cycle Management best practices and end-to-end operations for large healthcare providers, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives, client expectations, financial goals, and long-term business growth.
- Oversee operational performance management across revenue cycle processes, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, SLA, financial, and client-specific performance targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collections, reduce A/R aging and denials, improve cash flow, increase productivity, and optimize overall revenue cycle performance.
- Analyze financial and operational data, identify performance trends and gaps, and develop actionable strategies to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and client outcomes.
- Take ownership of account performance and profitability, identifying opportunities for resource optimization, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and improved margins.
