The recruiter will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic or virtual interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources practices, especially recruitment, talent acquisition processes, and basic HR operations.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to use MS Office tools, applicant tracking systems, job portals, and social media platforms for sourcing and managing candidates.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in candidate screening, documentation, and data entry.
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR internships or project experience are an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment within the life sciences or healthcare sector.
- Understanding of basic employment regulations and ethical recruitment practices is beneficial.
