About the Role

Creative Point is a digital marketing agency helping brands grow through creative, data-driven campaigns across social, web, and paid channels. We're looking for a hands-on Video Content Creator who can ideate, shoot, and edit content — for our own agency's channels as well as for client accounts.

This is a role for someone who thinks in shots and cuts, not just captions. You'll be behind the camera and behind the timeline, turning ideas into finished, publish-ready videos.

What You'll Do
- Brainstorm and plan content ideas for Reels, Shorts, and other short-form video formats
- Shoot video content — solo, with talent, or on-location — for both Creative Point's own brand and client campaigns
- Edit raw footage into polished, platform-ready videos (cuts, transitions, captions, sound, pacing)
- Handle basic color correction, audio cleanup, and motion graphics/text overlays as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team on content calendars and campaign concepts
- Stay on top of platform trends, audio trends, and short-form video formats that perform




- Manage multiple video projects at once across different brand voices and deadlines
- Track which videos perform well and bring back learnings to improve future content

What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience shooting and editing video content (social media, brand, or client work)
- A solid reel/portfolio showing your shooting and editing skills
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
- A good eye for framing, lighting, and pacing — even with basic gear
- Comfortable being on camera or directing others during a shoot
- Strong sense of what makes content stop the scroll on Instagram/YouTube Shorts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and turnaround videos quickly without sacrificing quality

Nice to have:
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar)
- Knowledge of paid social video ad formats and specs
- Basic photography or graphic design skil
