Role Description
The Senior BIM Modeler is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading the production and coordination of detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Daily tasks include developing and refining 3D models, preparing and updating construction drawings, and ensuring that all project documentation aligns with design standards and client requirements. The Senior BIM Modeler will collaborate closely with architects, engineers,
and project managers to resolve design conflicts, maintain model accuracy, and support project timelines. The role also involves mentoring junior modelers, implementing BIM best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of modeling workflows and standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a Modeler on multidisciplinary projects.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Architecture and its integration within BIM environments.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination within BIM models.
