- We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.
- The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development, workflow customization, application onboarding, integrations, rules, and identity lifecycle management.
- The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements and implementing enhancements in SailPoint IIQ while ensuring security, compliance, and user experience requirements are met.
- The role involves developing and customizing IIQ workflows, configuring applications, reviewing existing configurations, and performing impact analysis for new integrations and enhancements.
- Key responsibilities include application onboarding, connector configuration, provisioning, de-provisioning, identity lifecycle management, custom rule/script development, and customization of OOTB SailPoint functionality.




- The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting provisioning, aggregation, workflow, and certification issues and performing identity data cleanup when required.
- The role also involves configuring custom reports, supporting environment/application setup, coordinating firewall requests, and working closely with developers, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
- Candidates should have experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, REST APIs, Active Directory, LDAP, and JDBC.
- The candidate will be responsible for unit testing, SIT/UAT support, production deployment, change management, documentation, and production issue resolution.
- Robust analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills are required.
