What You Will Do
- Drive Growth:
Lead the charge in generating high-value business opportunities and crushing monthly/annual sales targets.
- Forge Partnerships:
Build and nurture robust, lasting relationships with top-tier architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and corporate clients.
- Own the P&L;:
Take full ownership of departmental revenue, project margins, and commercial outcomes alongside our finance and operations teams.
- Blend Sales & Strategy:
Spearhead digital visibility by bridging business development with creative social media marketing initiatives to showcase our landmark projects.
- Win Deals:
Craft winning proposals, drive strategic negotiations, and close contracts seamlessly from lead generation to project handover.





What You Bring to the Table
- Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Experience:
5–10 years of solid BD experience specifically within
Interior Contracting, Fit-Outs, Construction, or Commercial Interiors
.
- Superpower Network:
An existing, active network within the design, construction, and corporate real estate ecosystem.
- Commercial Acumen:
Exceptional grasp of P&L; management, pricing strategies, and high-stakes negotiations.
- Tech & Digital Savvy:
Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and leveraging digital platforms/social media for modern lead generation.
