Job Summary

We are looking for well-groomed, friendly and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Receptionists at our Cable Car / Ropeway facility at Athirappilly, Thrissur, Kerala.

The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling enquiries, providing information, assisting guests and coordinating with Front Office, Guest Relations, Billing and Operations teams to ensure a smooth and pleasant visitor experience.

- Welcome and greet guests and visitors in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception/information desk and attend to visitor enquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding Cable Car timings, ticketing, boarding procedures, facilities and visitor guidelines.
- Assist guests with directions to ticket counters, waiting areas, boarding points and other facilities.
- Coordinate with Front Office,



Guest Relations, Billing, Operations and Security teams for smooth guest service.
- Attend to telephone calls and visitor enquiries professionally.
- Assist guests with general information and service-related requirements.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints courteously and escalate matters to the concerned supervisor when required.
- Maintain visitor-related records, registers and basic documentation.
- Assist with basic administrative and reception-related activities.
- Support smooth guest movement and queue management during peak periods.
- Assist elderly guests, children, families and visitors requiring special assistance.
- Support VIP guests, tour groups and special visitors as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area.
- Ensure proper grooming, personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and guest information.
