Role Description
The Group CEO role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai, responsible for providing overall strategic, financial, and operational leadership across the company’s businesses. The Group CEO oversees end-to-end operations, including manufacturing, export activities,



supply chain, and distribution, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. This role directs business planning and growth initiatives, builds and maintains key partnerships with suppliers and customers, and drives sales and market expansion in domestic and international markets. The Group CEO leads senior management teams, establishes performance goals, allocates resources, and ensures alignment of all functions with long-term strategic objectives. The position involves regular engagement with stakeholders, board reporting, and stewardship of the company’s brand, culture, and ethical practices.
