About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Coordinate offer release and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced setting.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring or healthcare/aesthetic/clinic hiring (if applicable).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
