Company Description
Etech Global Services is looking for a talented German Language Expert to support Quality Assurance functions in a BPO environment. The role involves reviewing and auditing customer interactions, ensuring quality standards, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience.

Candidates will work with advanced tools, including speech analytics platforms (training will be provided), to derive meaningful insights from customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) for quality and compliance
- Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Provide feedback to improve service quality and customer experience
- Evaluate interactions against defined QA metrics and KPIs
- Assist in preparing quality reports and performance summaries
- Use analysis tools (including speech analytics training provided) to identify trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall process and service quality




- Ensure compliance with client and company standards

Required Qualifications
- Language Skills:
- German B2 level certification (mandatory)
- Solid English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Education:
- Graduate (preferred)
- Experience:
- Experience in BPO / Customer Support / QA / auditing roles preferred
- Freshers with strong German proficiency can also be considered
