Shag Infotech company is looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to handle social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, content posting, and PPC activities. The candidate should have robust knowledge of social media strategies, audience engagement, ad campaign optimization, and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple social media accounts, creating engaging campaigns, improving brand visibility, and generating leads through both organic and paid marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow company social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content regularly.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads,



LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Handle PPC campaigns including keyword research, bidding, audience targeting, and budget management.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for creatives and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and digital marketing practices.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Management tools and strategies.
