Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Management Identify, receive, qualify and manage sales leads.
- Telephonic Sales – Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries to generate sales.
- WhatsApp Sales Communication – Communicate with prospects, share product details, quotations and follow-ups through WhatsApp.
- Customer Requirement Understanding – Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Quotation Management – Prepare, send and follow up on quotations.
- Lead Follow-up – Ensure timely and systematic follow-up until conversion or closure.
- Sales Conversion – Convert enquiries and qualified leads into confirmed orders.
- Customer Relationship Management – Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling – Identify opportunities for additional products, upgrades and services.
- Sales Team Coordination – Coordinate with field sales, technical, service, accounts and logistics teams.
- Order Coordination – Follow up on purchase orders, payments,



delivery and installation status.
- CRM & Data Management – Maintain accurate customer, lead, quotation and follow-up records.
- Sales Reporting – Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, quotations, follow-ups and conversions.
- Target Achievement – Achieve assigned monthly sales, activity and conversion targets.
- Lost Lead Analysis – Record reasons for lost enquiries and identify opportunities for re-engagement.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, tele-sales, customer support or sales coordination.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil; Hindi is an advantage.
- Confident in telephone conversations and WhatsApp communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM/ERP software.
- Good follow-up discipline and persuasion skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, CCTV, GPS, vehicle tracking, electronics or security products would be an advantage.
