We are seeking a qualified and motivated Sports Scientist to support athletes in improving performance, fitness, recovery, and overall physical development. The role involves applying sports science principles, conducting fitness assessments, analyzing performance data, and working closely with coaches, strength and conditioning staff, physiotherapists, and athletes.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness, physiological, and performance assessments.
- Develop and monitor athlete testing and evaluation protocols.
- Analyze training and performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Design evidence-based training and conditioning programs in collaboration with coaching staff.
- Monitor athlete workload, fatigue, recovery, and readiness to perform.
- Use technology and sports-science tools to collect and analyze performance data.
- Provide scientific recommendations to coaches and athletes.
- Assist with injury-prevention and return-to-performance strategies in collaboration with medical and rehabilitation teams.




- Monitor training responses and make appropriate recommendations based on objective data.
- Maintain accurate athlete records, testing results, and performance reports.
- Conduct research and stay updated with current sports-science practices.
- Educate athletes and coaching staff on performance, recovery, nutrition, sleep, and other relevant sports-science principles.
- Ensure all testing and monitoring procedures follow appropriate safety and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of exercise physiology, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, and athlete monitoring.
- Experience with fitness testing, performance analysis, and data interpretation.
- Positive knowledge of sports-science technologies and performance-monitoring systems.
