We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to manage day-to-day order processing, dispatch operations, courier coordination, packaging, and marketplace fulfilment.

Role Overview

The Ecommerce Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely execution of the complete order-to-dispatch cycle across ecommerce and marketplace channels. The role involves PO creation, order processing, courier coordination, shipment scheduling, packaging, dispatch, inventory coordination, and continuous follow-ups with internal teams, warehouses, courier partners, and marketplace teams. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple orders,



shipments, and operational timelines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order & Order Management
- Create and process POs received from ecommerce and marketplace platforms.
- Verify SKU, quantity, pricing, delivery location, and order details.
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for order fulfilment.
- Track open POs and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain accurate PO and order records.

Courier & Logistics Management
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for shipment creation.
- Create courier/shipping requests and arrange pickups.
- Schedule shipments and coordinate pickup timelines.
- Track shipments from dispatch to delivery.
- Follow up on delayed, failed, or pending shipments.
- Coordinate with courier partners to resolve logistics issues.

Packaging & Dispatch
- Coordinate product packaging as per marketplace and courier requirements.
