Our embedded and engineering services practice spans PCB design and NPI, firmware and RTOS development, power systems design, legacy board modernisation, sensor and control-unit development, validation and testing, and selected automotive and power-electronics programs. The Role

We are looking for a business development leader who can build and close engineering services opportunities across embedded systems, electronics, industrial controls, and power-oriented product development.



This is not passive account management. It is a revenue role for someone who can open doors, qualify opportunities, shape the ask with engineering teams, and close project or billing-based work across multiple verticals.
What You Will Sell
- PCB design, schematic capture, layout, BOM optimisation, and NPI support.
- Firmware and RTOS development, power systems, and control electronics for embedded controllers and connected devices.
- Legacy board modernisation, and cost or reliability improvement programs.
- Sensor integration, control-unit development, validation, testing, and production support.
- Dedicated engineering teams, time-and-material engagements, fixed-scope projects, contract-to-hire models, and selected automotive and power-electronics programs.
