Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic platforms—owning KPIs from CAC to ROAS.
- Build and optimize user acquisition funnels using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) frameworks.
- Partner with creative and analytics teams to align messaging, visuals, and targeting with campaign performance goals.
- Develop and manage client dashboards and weekly performance reports using Looker, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
- Test, scale, and retarget high-intent audiences using pixel tracking, UTM parameters,



and 3rd-party attribution tools.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging ad tech trends—translating them into actionable client strategies.
