About the Role

We are looking for polite, energetic and customer-focused Stewards to join our Café & Restaurant team in Dhanbad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality and a skilled approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide attentive and professional service.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or café counter.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized and ready for customers.
- Explain menu items and assist customers with basic queries.
- Coordinate with kitchen and café staff for smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Handle customer requests and feedback politely.

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous restaurant, café or hospitality experience is preferred.




- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours.
- Team-oriented, punctual and responsible.
- Willingness to learn and follow restaurant service standards.
