The Land Surveyor - Civil role focuses on conducting accurate surveying work for industrial construction projects. Working onsite, the position combines survey equipment operation, reporting, technical coordination, and guidance for site staff while supporting safety and accuracy throughout project execution.

Responsibilities
- Understand and follow safety requirements applicable to construction sites
- Conduct contour surveys of project plots
- Operate and handle total stations, theodolites, and levelling instruments
- Use basic Computer-Aided Design (CAD) knowledge to prepare reports and related documentation
- Support the erection and fixing of bolts, pockets, and inserts with accuracy of ±2 mm
- Supervise and provide guidance to site staff
- Prepare as-built level reports for floors
- Apply knowledge of survey software where required

Requirements




- Industrial Training Institute qualification or diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than 4 years of experience in industrial projects
- Willingness to work onsite
- Knowledge of operating total stations and advanced survey equipment
- Familiarity with basic surveying operations and willingness to learn advanced tools
