Your responsibilities
You take over the lead of commercial project execution in our EPF- and EPC-business with project volumes of 50 Mio up to billions of EUR including consortium model. The close cooperation and coordination with the business units and functions like project management, engineering facilities, procurement and construction sites worldwide is part of your daily business. You also interact with potential consortium partners. Your responsibilities extend to the following:
- Ensure successful project execution together with technical PM of large EPF and EPC projects according to thyssenkrupp Nucera standards and governance - from ITB to end of warranty period - by meeting the defined project s targets
- Negotiate on worldwide basis contractual and cost issues with the client and major subcontractors
- Ensure that the right capability of commercial support is available within the project team together with the Business Units
- Responsible for commercial activities (e.g. contract-, claim- and risk- management, payment securities, VAT/TAX issues, insurance, etc.) in both proposal phase and contract execution
- Coordination and alignment with consortium partners
- Ensure that the commercial reporting including profitability is timely issued within the defined distribution team with variance vis- -vis budget
