Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads, supporting outreach to parents and schools, and contributing to the growth of BrightCHAMPS’ learner base.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining and updating lead databases, preparing and delivering presentations about BrightCHAMPS programs, and assisting senior team members in sales calls and demos. The associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings, gather feedback from prospects, and help refine engagement strategies. The role requires proactive communication with stakeholders, timely follow-up on leads, and a strong focus on building long-term relationships that align with the company’s mission.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for engaging with parents, schools, and internal teams.
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations, with confidence in using presentation tools and presenting to small and large groups.
