Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to team(s) as may be required.
- Provide support and cover to other administrators during busier periods or absence as agreed with by your line manager
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally and handle escalations.
- Undertake any other duties within the context of the role as may be determined by your line manager.
- Scheduling, organizing, and coordinating meetings and events.
- Drafting correspondence and emails.
- Have knowledge on House Keeping services.
- Should be able to understand and manage all compliances related to contract manpower.
- Understand how to deploy HK staff and completely manage HK team end to end.
- Should have knowledge on cafeteria management.
- To advise of impending work deadlines for both internal and external commitments, e.g. reports, presentations, conferences, projects)
- Should be able to do internal audits on stock management.
- Coordinating travel plans and accommodation
- Setting up conference calls
- Meeting and greeting clients and other visitors
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, office boys and security.
- Maintaining and coordinating calendars and email boxes.
- Providing administrative support to Team(s) meetings, including agenda preparation and note taking.
Job requirements and qualifications:
- Excellent communication and Ms Office skills.
- Exposure on procurement process is added advantage.
- Excellent personal organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and to work to and meet tight deadlines (Essential)
- Valuable interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across teams and with a variety of people both inside and outside the organization (Essential)
- Understanding of reputation management (Desirable)
