Your Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Generate and convert qualified business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, and corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend the right coaching, consulting, or training solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to onboarding.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate confidently while focusing on value-based selling.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
- Represent SelfDiscovery at seminars, networking events, and business meetings.

We're Looking For Someone Who




- Has 3–6 years of experience in service selling, concept selling, consulting, coaching, education, or B2B sales.
- Is an excellent communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Enjoys interacting with entrepreneurs and senior decision-makers.
- Is passionate about personal mastery, learning, and self-development.
- Is proactive, disciplined, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Can build trust, handle objections professionally, and close deals with confidence.

Preferred
- MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred, not mandatory).
- Experience in premium service, consulting, training, or coaching sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
