About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to support our growing team at 11Scientific. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about managing end-to-end recruitment processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR practices, maintaining accurate and confidential records,

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, HR operations, talent acquisition, or similar roles is required. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle, employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, and HR documentation management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with robust organizational and time-management abilities.
