About the Role

We are looking for an experienced LMS Administrator to manage and support enterprise learning platforms and ensure a smooth learning experience for users and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong Learning & Development (L&D;) experience, hands-on experience administering an enterprise LMS, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams, clients, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Manage users, learner groups, enrollments, learning assignments and learner records.
- Create and manage courses, curricula, learning paths, learning objects and training programs.
- Upload, manage and troubleshoot e-learning/SCORM content.
- Manage LMS reports, dashboards, completion data and learning analytics.
- Handle LMS-related user queries, technical issues and support tickets.
- Investigate LMS issues and perform troubleshooting/RCA, coordinating with technical teams when required.
- Support LMS UAT, testing, implementation,



upgrades and enhancements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand learning requirements and configure the LMS accordingly.
- Support LMS integrations and related activities, including areas such as SSO/API integrations where applicable.
- Maintain LMS documentation, SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
- Support learning operations, training calendars, virtual/classroom learning activities and compliance training.
- Work closely with L&D; teams, HR, business stakeholders, clients and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of learning programs.
- Provide clear updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.

Required Skills
- 5–8 years of relevant LMS/L&D; experience
- Strong hands-on enterprise LMS administration
- Experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, SABA, Workday Learning, Moodle, SuccessFactors, Docebo, Litmos, Adobe Learning Manager/Captivate Prime or similar
