We are looking for a proactive, and dynamic HR RECRUITER to join our HR team who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for sales Officer Position in all over Odisha Location.

Location- Bhubaneswar

Experience: Min 3-5 years’ experience as HR Recruiter

Responsibilities & Key Result Areas:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle.
- Extensive and smart use of tools such as recruitment sources, Job Portals, LinkedIn and other social medias, for optimized search and selection of the right candidates.
- Maintaining day to day tracker with detailed records of candidate interviews and evaluations.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition FOR SALES TEAM at all Middle level/ Senior Level positions as per deadlines




- Support initiatives to enhance the employer brand through social media, events, and networking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

 Robust understanding of recruiting techniques, sourcing tools, and interview best practices.

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

 High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualification
- Master’s degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
