The Role & Your Impact

As a Senior AE, you will move beyond individual feature development to full system ownership and technical leadership. You will take accountability for the architecture, health, and evolution of critical production systems — ensuring high performance, reliability, and an exceptional experience for our customers.

What You Will Do

Development & Delivery: Implement, deliver, own, and evolve primary customer-facing web applications and internal tooling.

Technical Architecture: Author comprehensive technical design documents (TDDs) for complex, multi-component systems and actively contribute to broader architecture discussions.

Production Excellence: Drive root-cause analysis and resolution for complex production issues, anticipating failure scenarios and reliability risks before they impact users.

●

Quality & Performance: Optimize application speed, user experience, and overall system maintainability while proactively reducing technical debt.

●

Mentorship & Best Practices: Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, architectural guidance, and pair debugging, ensuring engineering best practices are upheld.

Innovation: Continuously research and evaluate modern web frameworks, AI tools, and methodologies to
