- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
- Ensure production schedules and output targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor production performance, product quality, and compliance with company standards and process specifications.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality Control (QC), Maintenance, and Dispatch teams to ensure uninterrupted workflow and timely deliveries.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and established process parameters.
- Manage manpower, prepare shift schedules, and allocate work effectively to maximize productivity.
- Monitor raw material consumption and implement measures to minimize process losses, waste, and rework.
- Identify,



troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records, including daily production reports, shift reports, downtime reports, efficiency reports, material consumption records, stock records, and process deviation logs.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting.
- Enforce plant safety rules and ensure the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the Maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
