About the Role

Blurbpoint Media is looking for an experienced, performance-focused Media Buyer to join our Performance Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience planning, launching, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across one or more major platforms, including:
- Meta / Facebook Ads
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- NewsBreak Ads





The candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, campaign optimization, tracking, and scaling. Experience managing campaigns for USA-based clients and working with performance-driven KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and lead quality will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, NewsBreak, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaigns targeting USA-based audiences while working toward defined CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead-generation targets.
- Develop campaign strategies based on client goals, target audiences, budgets, funnels, and historical performance.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and market research where applicable.
- Build and optimize campaign structures, including:
- Broad targeting
- Interest-based targeting
- Lookalike audiences
- Retargeting
- Keyword-base
