Role Description




This is a full-time remote role for a Tele Sales Executive. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introducing company services, qualifying leads, and converting opportunities into sales. The role includes understanding client needs, presenting suitable solutions, handling objections, and following up consistently to close deals. The Tele Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare basic reports on call outcomes and sales performance, and collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to align messaging and campaigns. Daily tasks also involve meeting individual targets, adhering to call quality standards, and providing a positive, professional customer experience over phone, email, and messaging platforms.
