Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of current products, including education loans, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative lending solutions for students pursuing higher education abroad.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of product development, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in consumer lending (education loans) or similar domains.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, regulations governing consumer lending practices.
- Proven track record in developing successful new products that drive business results.
