We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a Commerce background, strong coordination skills, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The role involves coordinating with the sales, production, dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and excellent customer service.

Immediate/Early Joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Order Coordination
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial offers.
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate order execution.
- Track orders from receipt to dispatch and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with production, planning, stores, and logistics departments for order fulfillment.
- Maintain daily order status reports and update the sales team regularly.

Customer Relationship Management
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Provide order status, delivery schedules, and product-related information.




- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers by ensuring prompt service.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pending orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS reports.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports using advanced Excel functions.
- Maintain sales trackers, customer databases, pending order reports, and dispatch reports.
- Generate management reports and dashboards as required.

Documentation
- Maintain customer records, quotations, sales orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding payment follow-ups and customer ledgers.

Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
