Role Overview:

The Head-Business Development ( Western Region ) will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding business in commercial and retail interior projects, and strengthening brand presence in the market. The role requires robust networking skills, industry understanding, and the ability to close high-value deals in corporate and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial offices, retail stores, showrooms, and hospitality interiors.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, site visits, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build a robust pipeline of potential clients, architects, PMC agencies, and corporate procurement teams.

Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Network with real estate brokers, architects, designers, and contractors for collaboration opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Business Strategy & Market Development
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the interior & fit-out industry.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase visibility and project enquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for digital promotions, presentations, and brand collateral.

4. Pitching & Presentation
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, BOQs, capability presentations, and company profiles.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for preparation of quotations and technical inputs.
