Job Overview :We are seeking an experienced crypto professional to help design and implement our digital asset infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in institutional crypto custody, trading operations, and crypto-backed lending. This role will advise on best practices, evaluate service providers, and oversee the implementation of secure, compliant, and productive solutions.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cryptocurrency, digital asset markets, or institutional blockchain finance.




- Proven experience implementing institutional crypto custody solutions.
- Strong understanding of wallet infrastructure, private key management, multisignature wallets, MPC technology, and cold/hot storage.
- Experience with institutional trading platforms, OTC markets, and liquidity providers.
- Hands-on experience with crypto lending, borrowing, collateral management, and yield strategies.
- Knowledge of DeFi and CeFi lending ecosystems and their associated risks.
- Strong understanding of blockchain networks, digital asset security, and transaction workflows.
- Professional certifications in blockchain, finance, or cybersecurity are a plus.
