Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and formatting test series, practice sets, notes, books, PDFs, and study materials
- Professional PPT designing and presentation setting for classes and seminars
- Creating clean, error-free, print-ready academic content
- Formatting bilingual content (Hindi + English) properly
- Designing tables, diagrams, MCQ layouts, and educational graphics
- Managing page layout, typography, alignment, and print settings
- Converting handwritten/typed content into professional publication format
- Ensuring proper margins, fonts, spacing, indexing, and pagination
- Coordinating with faculty/content team for quick updates and corrections

Required Software Skills:

Candidate must have strong command over:

DTP & Designing Software:
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- PageMaker

Office & Presentation Tools:
- Microsoft PowerPoint (Advanced PPT Designing)
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel





PDF & Typing Tools:
- Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Hindi typing tools:
- Kruti Dev
- Mangal Unicode
- Google Input Tools

Required Skills:
- Excellent formatting and layout sense
- Fast Hindi + English typing speed
- Experience in educational/book publishing work preferred
- Knowledge of printing specifications and PDF export settings
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in coaching institutes, publication houses, or educational content companies
- Prior work on competitive exam materials (BPSC, UPSC, SSC, Railway, etc.) preferred

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience and skill level.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
