An Operations Team Leader manages daily workflows, tracks key performance metrics, and coaches team members to meet service goals. They act as the bridge between frontline staff and senior management to drive productivity, resolve daily bottlenecks, and ensure quality and safety compliance.
Core Responsibilities-
- Daily Management: Oversee shift workflows, delegate work items, and manage routine operations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Team Development: Conduct coaching sessions, lead daily huddles, and track skilled growth.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary escalation point for process blockages or client issues.
- Process Improvement: Recommend workflow upgrades, optimize resource use, and update standard operating procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
