About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, paid lead generation, campaign optimization, and budget management.

The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven and capable of independently managing paid campaigns, optimizing performance, controlling acquisition costs, and scaling campaigns based on measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Handle Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, Shopping, and Lead Generation campaigns.
- Develop paid media strategies aligned with business and lead-generation objectives.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and advertising spend.
- Optimize targeting, bidding, audiences, keywords,



ad copy, creatives, and placements.
- Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
- Reduce CPL and CPA while improving conversion rates and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Build and optimize remarketing, custom, and lookalike audiences.
- Monitor campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify campaign issues and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Manage advertising budgets and recommend budget reallocations based on performance.
- Work with designers, content teams, developers, and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with Google and Meta advertising platform changes and policies.

Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing/Paid Media experience.
- Robust practical experience with Google Ad
