Key Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, and snacks as per the approved menu.
- Ensure food is fresh, hygienic, properly cooked, and served on time.
- Handle bulk cooking according to the number of employees.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, cooking area, and storage area.
- Check the quality of vegetables, groceries, and other raw materials before use.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.
- Follow all kitchen safety and food hygiene procedures.
- Coordinate and guide kitchen helpers in daily activities.
- Maintain discipline and report to duty on time.
- Perform other canteen-related duties assigned by Management.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
