People Operations Intern
to support day-to-day HR, recruitment, employee coordination, and people-related administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants practical exposure to HR operations, hiring processes, team coordination, and organizational support in a growing business environment.

Role Overview

As a
People Operations Intern
, you will assist the team in managing recruitment coordination, onboarding support, internal communication, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with the leadership/team members to ensure smooth people operations and a positive team experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for open roles.




- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication.
- Support onboarding activities for new team members and interns.
- Maintain HR records, trackers, attendance sheets, and basic documentation.
- Help draft and organize offer letters, internship letters, role descriptions, and internal communications.
- Support employee engagement and internal coordination activities.
- Assist in maintaining structured communication across remote teams.
- Coordinate with team members for updates, follow-ups, and basic reporting.
- Support process improvement initiatives within people operations.
- Handle other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up abilities.
