- Manage the expense scrub process.
- Supervise and train offshore consultants.
- Handle prior-owner general ledger (GL) account mapping for acquisitions.
- Maintain and roll forward PM reclass sheet updates.
- Perform monthly completeness checks.
- Prepare and post PM accruals; coordinate related communications.




- Process alter worksheet requests.
- Ensure mid-month move-out recovery updates are completed.
- Review monthly workpapers.
- Review acquisition- and disposition-related entries, as needed.
- Ensure monthly tasks and property assignments are completed accurately and on time.
- Support ad hoc projects, as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- BA/BS required; Accounting degree preferred.
- CPA/MBA preferred.
- 8+ years experience working in real estate or with real estate related companies.
- Public Accounting experience a plus.
- Detail oriented, analytical, robust organizational skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, works well under pressure and possess the ability to manage people and time efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills.
- Experience with Yardi a plus.
