Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy complex software applications using Spring Boot microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews, testing, and deployment processes are followed by the team members.
- Provide guidance on best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and debugging techniques.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in developing large-scale enterprise systems using Java programming language.
- Robust understanding of BFSI industry domain knowledge (preferably banking sector).
- Experience with Spring Boot framework for building microservices architecture.
- Proven track record as an experienced Java developer or lead.
