Job Summary

We're on the lookout for a tech-savvy Human Resources Executive to manage HR programs across the company-everything from recruiting, onboarding, and training management to performance management and compensation. The role will involve working, side-by-side, with our employees to foster a positive environment and ensure the company's mission and goals are effectively implemented.

Location: Indore; Full Time; Work from Office. Experience: 1 - 2 Years. Preferred Requirement: MBA in HR.
Responsibilities
- Creating an environment of open communication.
- Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost.
- Helping make the payroll of the company.
- Organizing significant events of the organization.
- Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company.
- Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.
- Overseeing the termination process of an employee.
- Counseling employees who are stressed.
- Working with departmental heads during appraisals.




- Introducing employee wellness programs.
- Creating company policies based on best practices.
- Remembering employee birthdays and important event dates.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- Hands-on tools like Freshteam, Angel List, iimjobs, CRM, etc.
- Hands on social networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of local and central laws and HR best practices.
