You would be working with senior leaders at client organizations and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. As a part of this high performing team, these are some of the initiatives you will drive:
- Business problem assessment: Interact with client stakeholders to understand their problems, define a problem statement, understand the scope of the engagement, and drive projects to deliver value to the client
- Analysis: Understand the technology costs and do a deep dive within individual cost items. Analyze the cost profile through multiple lenses such as business lens, technology lens, etc.
- Deliver Value: Guide your team to suggest the right solutions to meet the needs of clients and help draw up practical implementation road maps that position them for long-term success
