Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated 2nd Commis – Bakery to join our hotel’s bakery team. The candidate will assist in preparing and presenting a variety of bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistent quality.
- Support the Bakery Chef in daily production and kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery area and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Follow hotel food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a bakery/hotel environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of bakery preparation and techniques.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel workplace.
