Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Civil Engineer role based in Bengaluru.



The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing civil engineering solutions for HRFY.ai’s physical infrastructure needs, including office spaces, potential training centers, and associated facilities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and evaluating civil engineering designs, performing site assessments, coordinating stormwater and drainage management plans, and supporting planning activities related to construction, refurbishment, and compliance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure projects meet safety, quality, sustainability, and budget requirements. The Civil Engineer will also contribute technical insights to internal tools or content where civil engineering expertise enhances the learning and career readiness experience for users.

Qualifications
- Civil engineering core expertise, including Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering principles.
- Experience working as part of multidisciplin
