Job Responsibilities:
- Own all the architecture and design documentations for the customer and maintain up to date during the entire lifecycle of the service contract.
- In-charge of the correct engineering of the technical solutions deployed for the customer.
- Ensure coherence among the different customer service blocks (data, security, voice, video, datacenter, cloud, etc. ).
- Analyze the impact of all operational and technical decisions keeping in mind the best interest of the customer
- Accountable for complex technical change management validation and provide technical support for major complex changes.
- Should have 3+ years relevant experience including IT infrastructure support, design, and implementation.
